Sharing and Governance
Sharing and Governance controls who can see dashboards and analytics through roles, subjects, private/shared/public modes and tokenized links. Users can collaborate without losing data boundaries.
What this feature delivers
The sharing service creates, revokes and tracks sharing records, while token workflows render public shares. User role and subject authorization constrain chart, ETL and dashboard access centrally.
Visibility modes
Content can stay private, be shared with users or be exposed through a public token.
Subject authorization
ETLs, queries and charts belong to subjects that control user access.
Personal workspace
Shared with me and favorites support individual workflows without changing governance.
