Liv Yazılım grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the software strictly in accordance with these terms.
Payments for licenses are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, unless otherwise stated.
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to: license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the software.
In no event shall Liv Yazılım be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the software.
LivChart is designed to process data locally. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the security, backup, and privacy of your data stored on your device.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul.
